Global leadership

Pramod Agarwal
Global Head
Chairman of the Board (Sweden)
Pramod Agarwal leads Zamin with over 35 years of experience in iron ore trading and project development. He has overseen feasibility studies for major projects in Brazil and Uruguay, supporting significant production capacity. With a strong focus on the transition to low-carbon steel, he aims to position Zamin Sweden as a leading sustainable iron ore operation.

Srinivasa Kola
Finance Director (Global)
Srinivasa Kola brings over 25 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and large-scale project execution. His expertise spans project finance, feasibility studies, financial modelling, compliance and risk management across the mining, metals and energy sectors. At Zamin, he oversees financial strategy and supports the development and execution of key global projects.

Jeff O’Leary
Chief Mining Geologist (Global)
Jeff O’Leary is a mining geologist and geostatistician with a PhD from Imperial College London. He has held senior roles at Rio Tinto and HSBC, working across global mining projects, resource estimation and project financing. At Zamin, he contributes considerable and varied expertise in geology and large-scale project development.

Tony Cau
Technical Consultant (Global)
Tony Cau brings over 30 years of experience in mining, processing and large-scale industrial projects. He has held senior leadership roles at BHP Billiton and SNC-Lavalin, and previously served as CTO of Zamin Ferrous. His expertise spans project delivery, engineering and global operations.

Helga Chulepin
Environmental Advisor (Global)
Helga Chulepin is an expert in sustainable development, with a focus on community relations and environmental management in mining. She has played a key role in large-scale projects in South America and contributes to UNESCO’s Global Geopark Programme. Her work supports responsible project development and stakeholder engagement.

Håkan Kingstedt
Board Director (Sweden)
Håkan Kingstedt brings extensive international leadership experience across industrial and global organisations. He has held senior roles at Sandvik, including President of Sandvik Asia, where he led large-scale operations across multiple sites and functions. With a background in engineering and executive leadership, he contributes broad expertise in strategy, execution and cross-cultural business environments.

Karin Raj
Board Director (Sweden)
Karin Raj brings extensive international leadership experience across technology, industrial innovation and strategic business development. She serves as Chief Technology Officer Europe at Nokia and has worked across deep-tech, telecommunications and high-growth scale-ups, combining technical expertise with commercial and operational leadership. In addition to her executive responsibilities, she serves on several boards and contributes broad expertise in governance, industry partnerships and technology-driven transformation.

Ritika Mehta
Managing Director (Sweden)
Ritika Mehta has over a decade of experience across mining operations, strategy and financial management. With a focus on iron ore and international project development, she is driving Zamin’s operations in Sweden. She holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Andreas Fredriksson
Project Director, Kiruna (Sweden)
Andreas Fredriksson is a senior project leader with over 25 years of experience in mining, infrastructure and industrial development. He has held leadership roles at LKAB and Kiruna Municipality, working across complex projects from early development to operations. At Zamin, he leads the Kiruna project towards development and investment readiness.
